 Humans spend too much time viewing a screen. Sometimes it is a tiny one. For example, the cell phone is small in size. Other times it is an enormous TV screen. Frankly, we need to move more. Yeah, we can see that God did not design us... to be looking at screens. Parents need to monitor screen TIME more.
